One study done by the Harvard School of Health found that men who drank approximately 6 8-oz cups of coffee, or 3-4 standard mugs could lower their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes by as much as 50 percent. In the meantime, women could reduce their risk of diabetes by almost 30 percent.
